-Top screen has bluring (no solution for now) / common scaling ugly fonts - hud

My config inis and custom cheat folders here (for already running PCSX2 1.6 =+ setup) decompress in your pcsx2 folders and reemplace, also only USA file overwrite you controller to button layout in DMC series triangle for sword and Cross for jump (only xinput controllers xbox and ps3 with Scptoolkit) *press F9 in game for change native resolution and 3X resolution
